1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and kxs8 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the kxs8 website and all related gaming and betting services. By registering an account, accessing the website, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

kxs8 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be subject to review prior to return.

3. Account Registration and Security

The existence of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts associated with the same person, device, IP address, or payment method constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kxs8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kxs8 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Transaction times and limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, although large deposits may be subject to enhanced due-diligence checks.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for standard mobile wallet transactions. Processing times for bank transfers may differ.
• kxs8 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 minutes of submission. Processing times during high-volume periods may be longer.
• kxs8 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may not be processed to a payment method different from the one used for the most recent deposit without additional verification.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, kxs8 may withhold withdrawal of funds pending an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, kxs8 may retain funds as compensation for losses suffered.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kxs8 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, and the following general conditions apply to every bonus issued on the platform.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• A player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. New welcome bonuses cannot be issued to accounts that have previously claimed a welcome bonus.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kxs8 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account or accessing the platform using another person's account details;
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with the platform in a way that was not intended by kxs8;
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, identity verification, or bonus claiming;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers in a coordinated manner;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing toward kxs8 staff or other platform users.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

Where an amendment is material, kxs8 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

kxs8 may suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of outstanding liabilities will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completed KYC verification.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
